I lead design and experience at Hypha AI. I was the first design hire, and I own the product from research through production.

Before Hypha, I led design and AI strategy at Kyndryl Vital, where I built 0→1 products on top of legacy data for healthcare, insurance and government clients. Before that, I built experiences and events for Nike, HBO and LEGO, among others, at Team Epiphany.

My research is about how people behave around AI. I've run field studies for government and insurance clients, longitudinal experiments for retail, and a project reading participant reflections from seventy countries, which won the Global Dialogues Challenge in 2025. I'm most interested in interfaces that don't need a screen — haptics, sound, physical objects.

Questions I want to solve for.
